A letter from Robert Davari, Founder and CEO

January 24, 2020

Dear Tixr Community,

Happy New Year! Since Tixr’s inception seven years ago, we have steadily served as a focal point for evolving the ticketing space and beyond, redefining what it means to plan and attend an event at any scale. In 2019, the company grew significantly, and in 2020 we plan to scale even further. Much lies ahead for Tixr, and we’re just getting started.

First, let’s recap 2019. The growth we saw across the company is a testament to our advanced product suite that seamlessly delivers tickets into the hands of fans, and our world-class team who pair forward-thinking analytical capabilities with an unparalleled level of service. This recipe has proven to meet the market’s needs and truly sets Tixr apart.

Our driving focus was to provide the best mobile-first ticketing experience possible. To achieve this, we renovated the fan-facing application from the ground up, and as a result, our mobile conversion rates prove that Tixr provides fans with the easiest ticket management and checkout systems on the market.

Advancing the mobile experience continues to be the priority on the creator side of our business as well. With every UX update, Tixr is increasingly positioned to handle any customer reporting or analysis from a mobile device. Over the coming weeks, we will lean into these strengths as we launch a renovated product that will allow creators to access all event information remotely.

Ticketing, however, is just one piece of what we do. As partners to our clients, we work to amplify their overall success. In 2019, we rebuilt websites for two of the world’s most recognized brands in nightlife, LIV, and Story. For CID Present’s destination festivals, we developed a system handling 300+ unique purchase options. For Wynn Resorts, we aggressively upgraded risk mitigation systems to significantly reduce fraud. In 2020, we will continue to scale a merchandise program with our clients, and will host an extensive list of events for the Big Game in Miami, including Gronk Beach, Shaq’s Fun House, Sports Illustrated, and Rolling Stone.

I always share with clients that Tixr was started by fans for fans. We were founded with the mission to upgrade the world of ticketing by delivering an unparalleled experience for event creators and fans. It is a mission that continues to drive all that we do - one ticket, one transaction, and one happy fan at a time.

Thank you for being on this journey with us. We can’t wait to show you what we have in store this year.

Thanks,

Robert Davari, CEO of Tixr
