Three decades ago, Warcraft® introduced players to a world of magic, conflict, and camaraderie. More than just a collection of games, the Warcraft franchise has become a gateway to a universe where alliances are formed, legends are born, and adventures are shared across continents.
To honor this legacy, we’ve partnered with Blizzard Entertainment® to bring the spirit of Warcraft on the road with a 30th anniversary world tour.
Spanning six cities — London, Seoul, Toronto, Sydney, São Paulo, and Boston — this tour is Blizzard’s tribute to the passionate community that has shaped the legacy of Warcraft.
These events not only acknowledge the 30-year history of the Warcraft franchise but also the 20th anniversary of World of Warcraft®, the game that redefined multiplayer experiences and built a global collective of adventurers, and the 10th anniversary of Hearthstone®. From its origins as a real-time strategy game to an expansive online universe, Warcraft continues to inspire generations of players.
The tour’s first stop at Soane Hall in London brought together over 500 Warcraft fans, marking the franchise’s lasting influence on gaming and culture. Produced by OS Studios, the venue came alive with Horde and Alliance banners and iconic imagery, creating an atmosphere where longtime players and newcomers alike bonded over their shared passion for Warcraft.
Warcraft developers joined the celebration, giving fans autographs and sharing behind-the-scenes stories that deepened their connection to the community. Kristian Nairn — best known as Hodor from Game of Thrones — was also in attendance, performing a DJ set inspired by Warcraft’s legendary soundscapes.
Fans explored interactive displays, collected exclusive commemorative merchandise, and swapped stories over food and drinks. The energy and shared spirit in London set the stage for the rest of the tour, recognizing Warcraft as a cultural phenomenon that continues to inspire.
Blizzard released tickets in multiple waves to maximize access and excitement, fans claiming tickets the moment they became available. Our visual-first, mobile-friendly platform made registration easy, allowing fans to access their tickets without hassle. Tixr Door ensured an efficient entry process with dedicated lines for General Admission and VIP ticket holders. Fans were checked in quickly, setting the stage for an unforgettable evening.
Our team also provided on-site support in London, ensuring everything ran smoothly, from check-in to exclusive giveaways.
“The energy at the London event was unmatched, and it was inspiring to see fans come together to appreciate Warcraft. Our team is proud to support this tour, and we’re looking forward to seeing how it continues to bring fans together around the world,” said Patrick Bradley, Chief Revenue Officer at Tixr.
Following the successful kickoff in London, the Warcraft 30th Anniversary Global Tour continues its journey across the globe:
Each stop will offer unique experiences, including live entertainment, developer meet-and-greets, and exclusive activities that highlight Warcraft’s rich history.
As the tour continues to new cities, we’re honored to help pay tribute to Warcraft’s legacy and bring its global community together. We look forward to continuing our partnership with Blizzard Entertainment, powering events that inspire connection.
