We’ve officially teamed up with VENU to bring more modern, fan-driven experiences to their hospitality-oriented music halls.

Venu Holding Corporation (VENU) has built a reputation for redefining live entertainment by combining intimate concert halls with upscale, hospitality-first design. Standout venues like The Hall at Bourbon Brothers in Gainesville and Phil Long Music Hall in Colorado Springs showcase this blend of live music and elevated dining, creating destinations that feel both personal and premium. With this strategic partnership, we’ll power ticketing and commerce across four of these premium venues, including a Hall at Bourbon Brothers opening in Centennial, Colorado in 2026.

Through our unified commerce platform, VENU will be able to offer ticketing, parking, food, beverage, and merch to fans in one seamless experience. For organizers, this means greater efficiency, data ownership, and revenue opportunities. For fans, it translates into a smoother purchase journey and more flexibility—whether that’s joining the Waitlist, upgrading after checkout, or transferring tickets to a friend.

“Today’s live event fans want an array of amenities and expect seamless experiences, not only inside the venue but from the moment they step into commerce gateway.” said J.W. Roth, Founder, Chairman, and CEO of VENU. “Tixr has proven to be the most adept from both a technology and a customer experience perspective in delivering that to fans. Tixr delivers the kind of premium user experience that our audiences want and deserve.

This partnership is about more than powering transactions—it’s about building long-term value for both sides of live music events.

“VENU is building its success by creating premium event spaces that put fans at the heart of the experience,” said Patrick Bradley, Chief Revenue Officer at Tixr. “That philosophy mirrors our own at Tixr, where we’re constantly innovating to make every step of the live event purchase better for fans.

Alongside the partnership, we’re also making a strategic investment in VENU, cementing a long-term alignment between our companies. VENU has already earned national recognition from The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, Billboard, and Variety for its forward-thinking approach to music halls that prioritize the fan experience.

Together, we’re building on that foundation to unlock new opportunities for growth while keeping the fan at the center.
